Here are just a couple of initiatives we have and will continue to support over the years.

Environmental Advocacy - Bottled Beer

The Canadian Brewery Council has participated in a number of environmental initiatives throughout the years and we are proud our industry has such a high reuse / low environmental impact. Specifically, we support the use of bottled beer as these containers can be reused several times and are much more environmentally friendly than canned beer. 

Coalition Building

Continually working to build out brewery network out as far as possible both within Canada and around the world.

Social Justice Issues

Continuing our work as individual locals to advocate for social justice in conjunction with our local labour councils, provincial federations of labour, and the CLC. Promoting not only issues that affect our membership but moving a progressive agenda that helps all working people, unionized or not.
